Emma studied accountancy and finance at Bournemouth university and became a Chartered Management Accountant in 2008. A lot of Emma’s career has been within the commercial industry where she has taken on a variety of roles, from project accounting, bid work, budgets and forecasts, overhead management and most recently management report delivery.

Following a chain of events, Emma decided to work within the bookkeeping industry and is now balancing her career and life with her growing family by working part time and now helps the SLP team. Emma has not looked back and enjoys learning more about practise everyday. She's a team player and loves process improvement and making life simpler! When she's not running around after her young children Emma is a keen sailor and skier, with most days off spent on the beach or building dens
